Request to discord support not being read by a human...
I submitted some questions, but i am getting an automated response. Kinda sucks that a human wont read my request.

Discord staff has always read your ticket requests but they have to insert a copy and paste their response because of their policy? But if you're talking about trust and safety, they can't give you any updates on your report because of privacy reasons as stated in their response. My time reporting users and submitting tickets to the discord staff team they have always helped me and do their job correctly. Of course in trust and safety reports they have to investigate the issue with the evidence you provide but put that aside they do read your ticket requests and respond to you as fast as they can.
