Message Highlight & Reaction Bar toggle

My home desktop has finally been force-updated, and the quick react bar is so garishly in your face that it makes me hate looking at Discord. The message highlighting doesn't help, making the entire window flicker when scrolling. It's well within your capabilities as programmers to allow us to toggle this off.
