Make a password protected voice channel. People will have to enter a password to enter a channel.

  This can already be done using roles.  If you really like the password idea, a bot can do this.

  Perhaps i could add this into a discord bot, it would deafen the member automatically when they join the voice channel and DM them asking for the password, only once they say the password they get let in, if they get it wrong they get un-deafened and kicked from the voice chat
