Giving certain roles the ability to self-edit

The purpose of this suggestion is to highlight that some people, like myself, would probably like that some types of permissions be maleable within their own role. Maybe not right off the bat but through permission of a server owner or a higher role. One of the primary reasons I bring this up is because I think for more personal servers it would be nice to give users the permission to change their own color without having to necessarily wait for someone of a higher rank to edit it for them.

I think a function like this is overall a more quality of life change for the most aesthetic side of things if nothing else. The ability to have people change their own color at will once given permission would probably make things much more fluid  especially for smaller, more friendly servers.
