Huge Problem

I was trying to open discord one day, and something wierd came up and it comes up after i start my pc. so i tried uninstalling it and it says it is open for some wierd reason. it's probably just me being a noob but idk what to do about that.

plz help me fast because i can't use chrome for it much longer.
