Custom Emoji in Channel Name

Searching this topic brings up several requests, however the feature of custom emojis in the channel name has NOT been added yet.

Currently you can copy standard emoji IDs/unicodes and paste those into channels names and they will work. This doesn't work when you have a custom channel theme, and none of the standard emojis work.

It's nearly impossible to have a custom Emoji recognized officially to receive a unicodes. All we can do at this point is copy custom emojis IDs and use them in channel descriptions. As long as the Emoji is used in locked channels this should be fine.

Even if you use a custom Emoji in a welcome channel, it should show up as an empty square until they fully join and have access to the servers custom emojis. Just a wish, want, need. It would help my server and others greatly.
