Memberlist user display, request

PLease remove that only the members permitted to view a speciffic text channel are visible in the member list when selected on that text channel.

Please rather than that, display the users not permitted in the selected channel darker or similar because it is always a bummer when i as a server manager try to see who is online and have to go to a public channel to select other users etc..
