Muting contact actions

Its nice to talk to your contacts  but we need more  settings to manage such things like:

 ..Allowing you to only mute notifications and  sounds from this person but not stopping them from texting you.

..Allow you to set a  specific notification level for each contact or turn them al off.   For example I want to get push notifications from this person if they chat,  but not others.   Right now you can only set it on or if broadly   which i good but need  some more control over person you want to give more or less notifications too.
