Moderator Permissions

My issue is mainly with the disconnect and move features. So in order to allow my admins to move and disconnect people in voice chat I am also giving them the power to disconnect and move me as the owner of the server. How does this make sense??? I get that if someone is messing with me or a member higher than them I can just pull their tags but this shouldn't be something I would need to do to begin with.
