A way to set the panning of users in voicechat

Sometimes when there's alot of people on voicechat it might get hard to understand what everyone is trying to say. By allowing users to pan each member to the left and to the left (and to anywhere between) you could make big voice chat sessions much clearer! You could add a slider underneath the volume slider.

  I would also love this to be added
  
  I'm autistic so whenever I'm gaming with friends in voice comms I have to turn off a lot of the in game sounds so I don't get over stimulated by so much sound. Being able to pan each person in call would be most helpful as all the voices are coming from centre and this get's very hard for my brain to process when there's a bunch of people screaming in the call and I can't tell who is who while also trying to communicate and play the game at the same time.
