Ignore Punctuation When Typing Emoji Names

One of my favorite quality of life features in Slack is the ability to spell out emoji without having to worry about their punctuation. For example, the :point_up: emoji; it's a lot easier for me to type :pointup: (which Slack still identifies correctly). I would love to see this in Discord too :)
