Bring back global emojis

Can we bring back the ability to have global emojis in servers?

  Yes, I would like to see the ability to add global emojis in servers. For example, someone can add an emoji and add GW in the beginning of the emoji name.That emoji can be used in any server without a Nitro subscription.

  There used to be some basic emojis in Discord and now I have none. There must be some "public domain" collection that could be the default instead of "nothing".

  Currently the emojis that I can use in every server are the default emojis.
