Hide users in multi videochat/switch positions of video-windows

Hello everyone,

I recently used videochat with friends of mine and one of them had to use different hardware for sound and camera, ergo, he had to log in with two accounts but only one had a video. The other one (for the audio) was just a discord smilie but it was centralized in the middle of the screen. Sadly I couldn't find any option to hide the user  (without video) without banning/kickem him. Furthermore the discord smilie window could not be sorted somewhere different. 
Is it possible to implement a hiding and screen shuffling function? This would be really great.
