Staff Response Times
Hello there! I have gone down multiple avenues to contact discord regarding my account (not this one, I made this to comment) being wrongfully disabled. I run a large gaming community and the day my account was disabled, there was heightened activity on my end. As a leader, I often have to reach out to people, sometimes in quick succession. These actions falsely flagged the spam detector and got my account disabled. I have reached out to discord on twitter, reddit, their abuse email, as well as submitting a ticket. It has been over three days, and while I realize they can't cater to my specific needs as they are most likely very busy, I'd like to hasten the process of rectifying this problem, as I would like to get back to my group as quickly as possible. Here is my support ticket, (6917986). It should be noted that I submitted an earlier support ticket, but that it did not require the necessary information. Thank you!
