My discord keeps kicking me out of Voice chat

I’ve been using discord for a few years now and have never had an issue but now me and a few people have this issue where we will be in a voice chat together and discord kicks us out of it if we enter another app. We all play a game together which requires us to leave the app but not swipe out. Now every minute we are out of the app it kicks us out and makes us leave, even now it just did it so please discord get this fixed it’s trying my patience along with a few other people.

    The same thing has been happening to me, my boyfriend and I always go to sleep together on call and usually I like waking up to him with me in the morning but discord keeps kicking me out, even when I want to watch a simple YouTube video out of the app it immediately kicks me out and it tests my patience with it. I hope it can get fixed. I use my laptop to sleep on call with him sometimes since it doesn't kick me out but I don't like using it since it feels uncomfortable to sleep on the laptop for me since I need to keep it opened.

    does the same thing for me. it’s extremely frustrating and i’m not sure what other app i can use to talk to people.

    The same thing happens to me and its very annoying because every time i get out of discord for one minute it kicks me out and i have to go back in the discord app to join back in the call

    heyy, did u guys found a solution for this problem? my friend is experiencing the same thing and it's extremely frustrating.

    no solution, we moved to WhatsApp and then FaceTime
