I'm unable to make a ticket, not able to see the :envelope_with_arrow: icon

Hello all,

I've a problem making tickets on servers that's using the ticket system bot, or similar bots for making tickets. The problem is that I can't see the icon :envelope_with_arrow: which you need to click on if you want to make a new ticket.

I see all the other emojis, like :slight_smile:, etc but not the one that's related to the ticket system e.g :lock: icon.

I've tried to reinstall and rebooting aftering removing all the temp files related to Discord before installing Discord again.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Is it a setting that I've turned on or something? I've looked very closely in settings on Discord but I might have missed something.
