The ability to view who read your message

There need to be an option that makes it so you can see who viewed your messages, for example if I DM someone and I want to know if he read it without messaging him again or without him reacting to that message. also not only in DMs but also in servers, could be very helpfull kinda like whatsapp I assume it could be shown when right clicking to see who viewed it.

This is the only reason I still use FB messenger or hangouts over Discord, message receipts.

Furthermore, Id like to see this feature extended into chat rooms. I should be able to check a post and get a list of everyone who saw the message. This would be useful for guild announcements etc.
