Quick React Location

I get that a lot of people didn't like the quick react bar showing up when hovering over a message, but I personally did and prefer it being there over the right click menu. I think it would be nice if there was an option to switch between it being in the right click menu and showing up when hovering over a message.

On a similar note, it would be nice if it was possible to "pin" emojis to quick react, as quite a few of my "frequently used" emojis are ones that I generally wouldn't react to a message with.
