For all of you needy, co-dependent children who need instant validation that your precious little voices are being heard:

No! I know you aren't accustomed to being told this, so let me break this down for you, Barney Style, to better help you understand.

The biggest appeal of Discord is the absolute and total privacy it affords it's users.  You can't bother me without some sort of connection somewhere, and even if you did, You'd never know that I'd just ignored and deleted whatever it is you sent.

If you must know why your friends are not answering your "very important" message instantaneously, and you would like to have the same functionality of all those other messaging apps....Go use them.  Leave Discord alone.  It works just fine and dandy the way it is.  Stop going through life discovering new things and then ruin all of it by making it just like everything else.  If you are that insecure, you should go speak with a mental health professional, they have a pill for that.

Discord...You guys are doing great!  All of my servers are happy and everyone is pleased that we don't have insecurity receipts, and that there are no good reasons to add such a thing.
