Add a virtual audio cable.

Hey,

I have an idea for a feature. I don't think it has been suggested although it may have been... I am trying to record a video using OBS. I want to have my microphone and the audio from a discord call. I would also like to be able to hear what is being said in that call. I tried changing discord audio output device to a virtual cable and adding that as an OBS source. That worked, but I could not hear what was being said in the call. I next tried using a virtual mixer.

My suggestion is: Add some form of virtual audio cable for recording calls while listening to them...
