Zoom when hovering above emoji reactions

It's by far too hard to recognize reaction emotes on the desktop version, they way too small.

Suggestion:

Show the normal sized emoji version when hovering your cursor above the reaction, along with "XXX reacted with :xxx:" in the little popup window.
