Add arabic language

Arabic is the official language of many countries in Asia and Africa.

25 countries that claim Arabic as an official or co-official language: Algeria, Bahrain, Chad, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.

And this Arabic Language and its different dialects are spoken by around 422 million speakers,
but yet I don't find it as an option in Discord.

That is a shame.
