I found a solution to this exact problem:

    1. Turn off your internet
    2. Go to discord and the server that you can't join Voice chat
    3. You should see a (verify Phone)
    4. Click or tap that, then turn on your internet
    5. Next put in your phone number then next to it is the country code
    Example: +63 +32 +694
    6. It might take a while but you should get a text to get the 6 digit verification code
    7. Enter your discord password
    8. Enjoy voice chat

I just want to say that i had this exact issue where i used to be able to talk in voice channels but they just stopped working for no reason. i have my email and phone number already verified, but all i did was log out and log in and it was normal

CTRL + SHIFT + A actually worked. i don't know why or how. but it was the only solution in this thread that worked. must be a bug.

    Fix your shit, Dischord.

If anyone is having issues still even after trying everything else, adjust your date and time to reflect the time-zone you are in so your IP address doesn't get rejected by their servers.

It must be a security thing on their server end to help protect against DOS attacks.

This is just pure speculation of course but it worked for me straight away. :)

I think CTRL-Shift-A worked because it turned off hiding read channels
