Voice Chat audio Extremely loud sometimes

Might be a problem with my headset or such but its been a problem for over a month now

So yeah, Voice chat audio sometimes ignores whatever volume i have it at and defaults to windows MAX VOLUME. Might be a problem with razers 7.1 surround audio but still

i've tried reinstalling discord, razer synapse, tried using no synapse and even synapse 3

nothing changed and its getting really annoying, i would like to keep my ears working thank you
