Add ability to change someone's name color on my screen

On some servers, some people have name colors that poorly contrast with the background (mods who set intentionally troll colors like colors that are invisible in dark mode) -- it would be nice to be able to fix that on my side without bothering that person. This should have general accessibility benefits too for people who have difficulty with certain colors or monitors that don't display things properly.

    Yes Please,   I love the dark mode most of the time, but I can't read anyone's names in blue in the dark mode.

    This is a much-needed accessibility feature and I would really love for this feature to be added. I use dark mode for migraines most of the time but some servers have name colors that do really weird things to my eyes with dark mode.

    Yes, this would be very helpful for some of the color choices in roles. This may not even be trolling, but just users picking colors while using light theme vs dark theme. It would be nice to at least let roles set the dark theme color and light theme color separately.
