Mark all as read in muted channels

Currently, "Mark all as read" only works when having unread message at unmuted channels in unmuted folders. This needs to fix also.

    Seconded! It's very unhelpful to have discord ask us to be all or nothing on notification possibilities now. I do not want my bot channel to spam notifications at me when I'm not able to act in game on them, so why can't I clear ***ALL*** notifications at once?
