I left a server and tried joining back but it says im banned but im not on the server ban list

The same thing happened to me last week, I cannot join the server but i'm not on the server ban list.

Seems like I’m not the only one this happens to. One day I opened the discord app, and one discord server had disappeared. Getting an invite from someone told me the confusing message that I had an invalid invite and that it looked like I got banned. You’d think it’d be one or the other.

I left my friend's server then I was going to log in again so I was saying that I was banned so that I wasn't on the banned list, please fix it soon0 -
I was havin fun with the admins until one of em kicked me out for a joke, now I cant seem to get back in even after they invited me. It says "user is banned from this guild" Ive tried everything but I cant get back in. It doesnt say I was banned in the server though.

hiya a member of one of my servers has had the exact same issue
this hasn't worked for us personally but i know for some old mates it had if you ban them and unban them it sometimes works and sometimes does not
in the meantime while discord fixes the issue if you use an alternative account then you can still join
let's just hope they fix the issue soon

i left a server tried to rejoin it and im banned but no one ACTUALLY banned me,audit logs don't say anything

same thing happened with me also i left the server for like a minute to resolve a glitch but my friends banned me for a joke but when he unbanned me i tried rejoining the server but it shows i m still banned , my friend also showed me the logs which says he unbanned me but i still cant join the server !!! how to make it work , i really want to join that server but not with an alt account coz i have nitro attached to this account . How to resolve this ????

bro!! i left a server one day and its been a whole week! i havent been able to get back in

I HAVE THE SOLUTION GUYS
ok so all you need to do to stop this bug is to get the admin to unban every user that has been banned, It's as simple as that. I tried it and it worked

It is also multi account. I tried on my 2nd Acc and I was still banned.

They still haven't fixed it. I left a server on my main account as a joke and wasn't able to join back, I created a secondary account (this one) to try to join back and still somehow can't join, even tho i talked to the admin and he said the moderation level is set to only verified email, which I did before trying to join. I'm very upset.

I finally found the solution..
I’ve been searching on a lot of forums but none had the answer, so I started doing tests on my side…To unban someone that has the problem :
1) Ask the person to give you the names of their alt accounts.
2) Unban the person’s alt accounts.
3) Send a new invite to the user so that he can join.
For some reason when you ban a user it also prevents his alts to join… and same thing for when u ban an alt account, it won’t let the user’s main account join. (Just guessing but maybe it’s because of where your accounts are used to be seen connect or because they see that when an account disconnects another one reconnects from the same place right after… and so with all that data maybe they probably know what your alt discords are and link them so that when one is banned from a server the other one is too)

I have a very easy solution that worked for me, it thinks you are IP banned. All I did was went on my phone, turned my data on and my friend invited me and it worked instantly.

same here, these issues have been going on for two days already. I realize I have this issue when I create the new account and plan to join the server, but it didn't work. I talked to admin, and he said none of my account or my alternate account in the ban list so it's weird that I still can't join. Only me in my family use discord and none of my account or alternate account was banned and I still can't join the server and it shows that "The user is banned from this guild".
I don't know if it is server or discord bug but it's crazy that it's been 2 and 3 years and they haven't fixed the problem yet

best way is to keep submit the glitch to discord and contact them so they can fix these issues. It drives me crazy

Lol it's because they IP ban you when you get banned. If you had the same ip as someone else that has been banned from that server, you can't join. You can probably get around this by using a VPN, or if your router assigns a new IP on reboot like mine, do that.
