voice chat subtitles

what if we were to try and make some sort of subtitles, they don't have to be terribly accurate, but sometimes when discord is experiencing issues or when the other person's microphone just isn't quite up to par (especially if said user is on their phone), it would be very very helpful to have subtitles, there are many times where i have had to ask a user to repeat themselves (sometimes multiple times) because I have had absolutely no clue what they said between the lag of discord and their malfunctioning mic setup
