Tooltips when hovering over status circles in friends lists or someone's mutual friends list

When hovering over the circle showing someone's status, there is usually a tooltip that says the status in text e.g. "Online" or "Do Not Disturb".

These do not work in the friends lists (online, all, pending, blocked) or when looking at your mutual friends with someone.
