Question about how ban appeals work

Im friendly and im french

So i got banned for ' raiding or orginaizing a raid ' when i saw this i instanly searched up how you appealed and i saw you have to sent a email to abuse@discordapp.com, so i did. I sent the email and a hour and something later i get this message from clyde

Even if i ask a diffrent thing that isn't associated with the ban i still get the same answer (It always takes the same time for the answer( 1 hour and 30 minutes ))
I tried this with a diffrent email and i got a response but i can't do it with that email because of privacy rules.
If you know how to fix this issue pls tell me it's already been 5 days almost 6 since my account got disabled for ' raiding or orginaizing a raid '
I just wanne talk to a real person for once

    You're account most likely will keep the ban as raiding or starting a raid goes against ToS. Soz : /

    Hey, i know myself it's against the ToS and i didn't do it, thats why i am trying to appeal. sorry to say this but why would i appeal if i did a raid or orginaized it.
    And next time pls read what i typed and don't just put something in
