    It’s a feature suggestion, that you should be able to set multi-criteria permissions. I don’t know how much more specific that statement can be.
    I have a channel. I want this channel to be viewed not by two groups of people, but by people who meet both of [these] criteria. It’s just a Venn diagram.
    Channel X can be viewed by [AB] people, not [A] people and [B] people.
