Timezone coordination
Dear Discord Development Awesomeness,
I was recently trying to coordinate gaming sessions with my orgmates (for Star Citizen, but also for some text-only D&D) and quickly found that what I consider 4p in the afternoon (16:00) for ME... isn't for anyone else.
(jedihawk) > Hey, let's get in-game around 4p, 'cause I've got reduced hours these days.
(others) > Yayy! Me too! See you then!
Then, after work, I discover that my orgmates were there and gone before I could even get off work. Or, with the guy down-under... who knows when he was on... maybe before I even woke up. <shrug>?
So, I have one humble feature to request: Automagically compute the correct local time for me, when other orgmates post a time, and automagically compute their correct local time when I post a time in my timezone.
Gee, that's hard to explain. Something like this:
(jedihawk) > Hey all, I'll be off @1600 today, wanna play?
They see:
(from jedihawk) > Hey all, I'll be off @9a (1600 jedihawk-time), wanna play?
Make sense? It would really help with coordination... and more game-time. And more game-time is always better than less game-time. Yeah?
