The URL for invites should be registered as a URI for MacOS

Currently server invites are not registered as a URI in macOS, this means that opening a link with discord.gg in it does not send it to the app (for example with invites) using Safari. It opens a new tab on safari instead.

I suggest registering this as an URI in the system to allow invites to automatically be routed by macOS into the desktop client for the sake of simplicity.

  This would save several clicks going from an invite link in an email or a web page to the server and channel in Discord. 

  How it should work: 

  1. User clicks the invite link
  2. The Discord desktop app comes to the front and presents the "Do you want to accept this invitation" screen
  3. The user clicks accept. The app goes to the server / channel.
