Remove backgrounds behind user avatars in calls

I don't know why Discord is making all of these UI changes, it's getting worse and worse with each update. This is just hideous. The previous updates that made it seem more bubbly and round and bigger in general also look terrible, as does highlighting (darkening) the text when you mouse over it. I'd rather be able to pick and choose if I want it, these UI updates are genuinely awful.

  The changes are disgusting. There is nothing good about them. Discord, please undo.

  As if the UI overhaul last month wasn't bad enough, now they're ruining screen share (video calling).
