Server Channel Video Chat and Screen Sharing

I want the option of being able to screenshare (go live), but be able to see everybody's webcam as well. Others on the channel would be able to do the same. The idea is very similar to that of a group call...just on server.

Reasoning is:
Group calling is very disruptive to everybody on the user list. There's a limit to group calls, so if anybody else wants to be in it, we'd have to either make another session, or edit the user list. If this was server based, a person can screen share and not bother those who are in the server, but anybody within that server, can join in.

This was actually a thing when the server webcam link was first figured out originally.
Two people would screen share at the same time, and everybody would be able to see their game from two perspectives. And those that were sharing their screens got to see visual reactions from their webcams.

Pretty neat stuff that's now gone.
