Streaming has severely less FPS than before

Streaming anything on Discord now is only around 10fps, if even, even when 30 fps is detected. We tested it with multiple people and its the same for everyone.

  I do 60FPS streaming and the streams routinely bog down to 20-25FPS.

  Changing discord servers makes it run better for a bit, then it bogs down again.

  Either intentional rate limiting or congestion seems to be going on.. or Discord just breaking stuff in the frequent unannounced updates they keep doing.
