Extend invitation for Discord Verified Developer to private bot developers

The Discord Bot Verification Program was announced just some days ago, and as it said, right now only bot developers with at least one bot in over 75 servers can be considered in the program. This is a request for extending the invitation to private bot developers, because many of us just develop bots for communities based on their needs, and there's only one bot for one server. It would be awesome if you invited developers with bots in communities with over 5000 members, or just by applying.
