re-enable focus and member list video layouts in video, while chat is visible

One of the great features of the video chat is the different view options... grid, member list and focus, and all three were available with the chat window both visible and hidden.

Discord is obviously working hard at adding improvements, but with the latest round, you seem to only allow the grid view while the chat is visible... please can we have the other video display options back while chat is visible?
