Whisper / Shout

Hello Discord Devs,

I'm writing to request that you consider adding a Whisper / Shout function to audio communication channels. I personally play EVE Online and part of the game involves large scale groups of 100 or more pilots in a fleet working together to complete a goal. As I'm sure you can imagine audio channels can get crazy with that many people and as an FC or Fleet Commander communication is EVERYTHING, The standard practice is for the FC to go into a separate channel with mission critical people such as scouts and squadron leaders. The channels are setup in such a way that there is a main channel and a sub channel, Anyone in the main channel can then use 2 key bindings to speak with just the main channel (whisper) or to speak with all sub channels (shout). This allows for clear communications with mission critical roles at all times while enabling communication to the entire fleet when needed. I realize my example is likely a small subset of your users but I can think of many other situations where such a feature is helpful and I believe would be worth the effort to include in Discord.
