Make a setting to not load the Spotify embed

I know you can disable all embeds, but it's this Spotify embed that's annoying in particular.
I still want to see embeds, but just not Spotify's.
Whenever a message with a Spotify link shows in chat it freezes the client for a second until it loads.

    +1 super annoying, it spikes the cpu performance, causing all sorts of hiccups on the computer system, discord pls
