EXPORT CHANNELS

I will duplicate the heck outta this. Could we get this feature going? I'm a prolific fanfiction author and often do collaborations. Even AIM! AIM had the ability to export and save chat logs as something that we could copy/paste, and they've been dead for years?

Can we get some motion on this? Please?

    I am also very interested in this possibility. My husband died recently and I would very much like to save our chat history privately in order to have unlimited access.

    (Because my English is not that good, I used Google translator. I hope it is a little better than if I had spelled it out.)

    From a business and work-related point of view, I would love to be able to export channel posts on a daily basis. I could use it for a daily role call for workers and such. Discord needs this Feature. Period.

    Yes, including the ability to export/download/archive Forum channels. My suggestion would be to have them downloadable as either viewable/searchable wysiwyg PDF files or html files, with text posts and any attendant images appearing as they did in the original channel/thread. This would be an especially strong feature to have for play-by-post games on Forum channels/servers.
