New Server Owner Permissions & New Features

I have had sooo much trouble recently with the other admins on my server muting and deafening me on my own server, and I think that it would be a good idea to:

1. Remove the ability to mute or deafen the server owner, including losing the ability to adjust the server owners volume below 50% (as that otherwise would serve as a workaround for muting the server owner).

2. Server members should also lose the ability to delete anything that the server owner posts in chat (even if you are admin, server owner should have perms over admin).

Extra features things to add:

1. Discord should make it's own exclusive music bot that offers higher audio quality and the ability to connect music bots to Spotify, Amazon Music or Tidal accounts to play your music directly from your pre-existing playlists etc. (maybe as part of a Discord Nitro subscription?)

2. The ability to boost more than one server at a time

3. The ability to enable noise suppression for other users on your server (to reduce the background noises of typing, squeaking chairs, or the sound of their family talking in the background... we all have friends like this)

4. Discord servers in CANADA! My friends screen share and watch movies in discord together on movie night all the time and the stream latency between all of us is rather high considering that we are all in Canada (possibly because we are all forced to use USA West servers?)
