Transfer Non Team Bot Ownership
Since Discord has a feature where you have the ability to transfer discord developer team ownership. There should be a feature that allows users to be able to transfer bot ownership that are not in teams.
An example of this would be, if you want to change accounts for whatever reason then you should have the option to transfer ownership to another account whenever you want. And to be able to find a user, the owner of the bot would have to submit in a users ID. Then the user on the receiving end, when they go into the developer page they will have a tab at the top where the applications are that says they received a bot transfer ownership and have the ability to accept or decline it
