Stop Fixing What's Not Broken

Calling used to be so easy, and now it's horrible. Why can't you stay in the chat while focusing on one callers screen?? And not only that, while chat is minimized, there are now two screens for the same caller that you're focusing on?? That just makes no sense.. it's so limiting and the huge rectangles are so obnoxious and take up so much space. Please listen to feedback for real, and stop changing what isn't broken nor needing fixing.
