Manipulative User/ Server

This user (SharkYT#3934) has been a "friend" of mine for a while. He has a youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSd_j19fhLQ5_J72vZIPl0A and he uses discord to communicate with his "fans''. I used to be a part of his streams but I ran into an occasion where after a pvp match occured I had won and he was not happy. He sent me a lot of unsettling messages. I looked in the terms of service and I saw he had violated some.(here are the ss: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hCLszg499RmuwsnWm4AGuIFb5J1qtbcc5Mvmf0SmaXk/edit) He has acted like this for a while. and he has violated this term of service "defame, libel, ridicule, mock, stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate or abuse anyone;" I bolded the ones he used. I hope we can resolve this.
