Feature Request: volume cap for people
Sure, you can set individual volumes, but if someone puts their microphone near their mouth and either blows or says something loudly, it is really really bad. Please add a volume cap so even if people do this, they are not able to blow out you eardrums. I understand I can turn their volume down but I want to be able to hear what they say normally.

Better yet, on the client side, use a "loudness" function on the user's microphone input. This will (somewhat) normalize each user's audio.
By doing it on the microphone input, just like the "microphone sensitivity" feature already present, the client software will only need one loudness routine running.
In the world of audio recording and sound reinforcement, "loudness" is called "automatic gain control" or "compression" (not to be confused with "data compression", which is what MP3 does).
For an example of what "loudness"/"compression" does, see https://audacityteam.org
For an example of real time "loudness"/"compression", see https://mixxx.org
