Volume Fluctuating

Yes, they desperately need to implement audio normalization/ compression. This is a very annoying issue, especially when playing with 50 plus players, having to adjust 10 of them every day. The next day, or later in the night, I'll have to adjust them again.

This can be dealt with by using a "loudness" function on the microphone input in the client, so each user's audio is sent to discord channels already "normalized."
By doing it on the microphone input, just like the "microphone sensitivity" feature already present, the client software will only need one loudness routine running.
In the world of audio recording and sound reinforcement, "loudness" is called "automatic gain control" or "compression" (not to be confused with "data compression", which is what MP3 does).
For an example of what "loudness"/"compression" does, see https://audacityteam.org
For an example of real time "loudness"/"compression", see https://mixxx.org
