Helping a friend out here.
My friend @Valkaerie Vixen Stoze#9306 recently got banned over drama between her friends. Long story short one of her friends was kind of bullying her and since she has anger issues she made a death threat. I talked to her about why that wasnt okay and so far things have been going good until recently somebody got butthurt and decided to re-report her for it. Trouble ensued.
Me and her have contacted T&S multiple times and each time, the moderators have not read her appeal requests at all. They simply tell her "no" using robotic, automated, canned response Emails. This greatly shifted my opinion on the discord staff and I'm starting to become frustrated.
Valk's account has years worth of important data and chat logs, and even contains some of her bank credentials (dont ask me why she keeps them there) and now shes basically lost all of her money because of this. We've tried for several days now to fix this and we've had zero luck.
The reason I took this to the forums is because the Trust and Safety team was refusing to cooperate. I did get in touch with a Discord moderator myself thanks to one of my friends, but said moderator hasnt been able to fix this herself in a timely fashion.
Help would be appreciated. Please save my foxmom.

If Trust & Safety says no, the answer is no. They read all emails, and it isn’t their fault your friend keeps their bank account login in Discord. You are allowed to create a new account and continue using Discord provided you do not violate the ToS or Community Guidelines on it.
