Suggestions to improve discord

Hi discord team.
My Name is DvirDtg I use your software everyday.
I have a few suggestion's to improve discord:

1. Can you please do that on server's that has banner if you scroll down on the server the banner won't disappear (fixed).

2. Profile banners can be a cool and a nice customization feature and i'd like to see them coming to discord for free without nitro.

3. A good idea: please make discord server banners free without any server boost.

4. Could please make server banners be bigger because it is too small and no one can actually see them in a good way (height: 363 width: 624 is recommended).
