Moving hierarchy

Hello. Running a server I was wondering why can normal moderators move superadmins in rooms?
I mean, it's really odd to be a Owner of my own server and (for example) while staying in my personal room where I only have access know that I can be moved any moment by a normal moderator with a simple drag&drop. Yes I know, I can ask them not to do it, sure. But why not implementing a system where you can drag and drop ranks for hierarchy? Owner can move everyone, Admins everyone except Owner, Moderators everybody but Owner and Admins ecc.. ?
